Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from anywhere in Jeddah, SA.


Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Developing strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conducting regular client satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to continuously improve service offerings - Providing support and guidance to clients on using our products and services effectively - Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform client communication and strategy


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building successful client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
