Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level position, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Attend client meetings and conferences as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Experience in client relations or customer service is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
