Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Mecca, SA. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the management team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with information about our products and services - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Meet and exceed targets for client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and motivated to exceed client expectations - Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
