Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a reliable and resourceful Client Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. This role will require working from home and will require the individual to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with existing clients - Proactively reach out to clients to address any issues or concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services - Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients - Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Stay current on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Provide feedback to management on client needs and preferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
