Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description: Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a key member of our client relations department, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients while working remotely. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading industrial investment company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and concerns effectively - Research industry trends and competitor information to provide clients with relevant insights - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide feedback on client preferences and industry trends to inform company strategy - Meet or exceed client satisfaction goals on a consistent basis - Stay up-to-date on industry news and market conditions to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
