Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly. 4. Provide clients with information about company products and services, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs. 5. Monitor client accounts and address any issues or discrepancies to maintain a positive client experience. 6. Generate reports and analyze data to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven track record of cooperation and teamwork in a professional setting. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
