Client Relations Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Medina, SA. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests - Understand client needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and services - Coordinate with other departments to address client issues and deliver solutions - Prepare reports and track client interactions to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and increase client base - Monitor industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience in client relations or customer service is a plus - Hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch service to clients
