Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company. As a Remote Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss their preferences and assist in finding the right real estate solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client relationships

Requirements: - Passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals - Driven to exceed client expectations and meet sales targets - Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' needs - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
