Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist for the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Medina, SA.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
