Remote Client Service Assistant

Our company, Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd, is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and other virtual communication channels - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Contribute to the development of client service strategies and initiatives - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Experience in client service or a related field - Ability to plan and organize workload effectively - Strong presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
