Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Bawan Company. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely from our office in Jeddah, SA.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Create and deliver reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times - Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Client Service Manager or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passionate and hardworking attitude - Critical thinking skills and exceptional time management abilities
