Client Service Manager

Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a reliable and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of services to meet client needs effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and meetings - Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients - Implement strategies to enhance the client experience and drive customer retention - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track client success and identify areas for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to inform client strategies - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships and business performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in presenting to clients and stakeholders - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
