Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client service, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our products and services can help them achieve their goals - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for clients - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise in a timely manner - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
