Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our valued clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and effectively. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 5. Prepare reports on client activity and feedback to inform strategic decision-making. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the client service experience. 8. Attend client meetings and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation and project management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Driven and results-oriented mindset. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
