Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services - Track and report on client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve service delivery - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field - Resourceful and independent with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent people management and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
