Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a passionate and driven Client Service Representative to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 4. Provide guidance and support to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. 6. Manage client accounts, keeping detailed records of interactions and updates to ensure a seamless experience. 7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client service or related roles. 3. Strong presentation and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.
