Client Service Specialist

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
