Job Description:
ACWA Power is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or related fields. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, taking proactive steps to address any concerns - Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to improve overall client experience - Track and report on key metrics related to client service performance - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve our offerings
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred
