Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Client Support Assistant to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who possess strong communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively support our clients.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone - Assisting clients with their orders, inquiries, and feedback - Ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with team members to address and resolve client issues - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services - Contributing to the overall success of the company by providing exceptional support to clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
