Job Description:
Bawan Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution 3. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities 5. Prepare reports and presentations for management on client interactions and feedback 6. Utilize negotiation and strategic planning skills to maximize client satisfaction and retention 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 6. 0 years of experience required, training will be provided
