Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Identify potential sales opportunities and share them with the sales team - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client support process

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and adaptable - Emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required
