Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Hokair Group is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in client support procedures

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Excellent people management skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
