Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Support Associate to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of resilience and adaptability, as well as strong research and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolving client issues and escalating them when necessary - Providing product and service information to clients - Managing client accounts and updating records as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and workflows - Conducting research to better understand client needs and preferences - Assisting with client onboarding and training as needed


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments - Excellent research and cooperation skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
