Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Ceramics. This is a remote work opportunity based in Riyadh, SA, with full-time hours. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Engage in strategic planning to identify potential opportunities for upselling products and services to clients. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and presentation skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 4. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
