Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing customer service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 6. Implement training programs for customer service representatives. 7. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met. 8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 9. Conduct regular meetings with the client support team to discuss performance and address any issues. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
