Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team at L'azurde Company for Jewelry in Mecca, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support or a related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements. - Provide product knowledge and training to clients as needed. - Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall client experience. - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any potential issues to prevent escalations. - Prepare and present reports on client metrics and satisfaction levels to management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent presentation skills. - Adaptability to changing client needs and market trends. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
