Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team at Zamil Industrial Investment Company in Riyadh, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and products to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Monitor client accounts and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - Develop and implement client support strategies to drive client retention and revenue growth - Train and mentor junior client support staff to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client support or customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs
