Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and service provided to our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role will require strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and issues. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Develop and implement client support policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support activities and outcomes. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or account management roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 5. Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
