Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a highly experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position with a minimum of 7 years of experience, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, with strong leadership and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and account management - Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase client loyalty and drive business growth - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client support representatives - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the food and catering industry is a plus
