Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description: Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a member of our mid-to-senior level management team, the Remote Client Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing client support operations for our remote customer service team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a client support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the remote client support team, ensuring that all client inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Provide leadership and guidance to the client support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address client support issues and optimize processes. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.


Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 7. Experience with CRM software and other client support tools.
