Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a results-driven and adaptable Client Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships with clients and provide support throughout their journey with our company - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Manage and escalate any customer complaints as needed - Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve efficiently - Excellent people management skills - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
