Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide technical support for clients using our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience - Conduct research to identify and resolve client issues - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
