Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, and ordering. 3. Resolve any client issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes. 6. Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding. 7. Track and report on client feedback and trends to help improve products and services. 8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Energetic, resilient personality with a positive attitude. 7. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
