Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Support Representative at Saudi Electricity Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients located in Medina, SA. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will also be required to document client interactions, escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary, and ensure timely resolution of all client requests.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Proficient in both spoken and written Arabic and English - Experience working with remote communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
