Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team at Bawan Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide troubleshooting and technical support for clients using our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Creativity and strong project management skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
