Job Description:
Saudi Aramco, a leading global energy company, is seeking a talented Client Support Specialist to join our team. This position will be based in Mecca, SA, but will offer the flexibility to work from home. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for client issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues - Document and track client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives - Deliver top-notch customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and client satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Demonstrated adaptability and leadership skills - Hardworking attitude and a desire to continuously learn and grow
