Job Description:
Sipchem is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. The Contact Center Assistant will also assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong negotiation skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
