Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a full-time entry-level position that offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual who possesses strong soft skills such as strategic planning and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the contact center

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
