Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Al Tazaj, a leading food service company in Medina, SA, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telephone and email communications.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner - Assisting customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing product information and pricing to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any problems - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing - Following company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and training materials - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
