Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat interactions from customers - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed individual and team goals for customer service metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Utilize project management skills to effectively multitask and prioritize workload - Utilize creativity to find innovative solutions to complex customer problems

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows - High attention to detail and accuracy - Fluent in English and Arabic (additional language proficiency is a plus)
