As a Remote Contact Center Associate at Al Gosaibi Bros., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or need assistance with our products and services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs on a consistent basis. 7. Continuously improve your knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers. 8. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and reliable with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. 3. Adaptability and leadership skills to handle challenging customer situations. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
