Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

As the Remote Contact Center Manager at Zamil Industrial Investment Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a full-time position located in Mecca, SA, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority required and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote contact center agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service - Handle scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage at all times


Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Proven experience in managing a remote contact center team - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in contact center software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
