Contact Center Manager - Work from home

As a Contact Center Manager at Advanced Petrochemical Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center team while working from home. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Reliable and hardworking personality - Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and negotiation - Experience working remotely or managing remote teams - Knowledge of contact center technologies and best practices
