Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Officer at Herfy Food Services Co in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about products, services, and pricing - Processing orders and coordinating delivery schedules - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and project management soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
