Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Medina, SA. As a remote contact center officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This role is ideal for confident and independent individuals who possess strong strategic planning and creative thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and resolution to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues - Identify and escalate priority cases to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of company products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center role - Confident and independent with exceptional communication skills - Strong strategic planning and creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English and Arabic is required - Remote work experience is preferred
