Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Contact Center Officer. This is a work from home position based in Mecca, SA, with full-time hours and entry-level seniority.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to provide assistance and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and respect. 4. Document all customer interactions and update customer records as necessary. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet performance targets and KPIs set by management. 7. Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and self-study.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Drive to exceed expectations and go above and beyond for customers. 6. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. 7. Creativity to think outside the box and find unique solutions to customer issues.
