Job Description - Contact Center Representative


Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Update customer information in the database to ensure accurate records. 6. Escalate inquiries or issues to the appropriate department as needed. 7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Adaptable and able to quickly learn new processes and systems. 6. People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions. 7. Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions.
