Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a member of our customer service team, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meeting or exceeding customer service targets and goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organizational skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
