Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing them with information about our products and services, resolving any issues or complaints they may have, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide customers with information about our products and services - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong negotiation and research skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Fluency in English and Arabic is required
