Job Description:
Al Hokair Group is seeking a Contact Center Representative to work remotely from home in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience in a call center or customer service role is required, but candidates must possess strong adaptability, resourcefulness, people management skills, and creativity.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions - Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers - Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company's CRM system - Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in basic computer applications and software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
